What you can customise
Tell us which parts of the shoe should carry your identity and which should stay as the approved factory construction.
- Private label. Your brand name or logo on the upper, heel, or insole, agreed on the confirmation sample.
- Logo and branding. Deboss, print, or label placement on the shoe and on swing tickets, as the sample shows.
- Materials. Leather, lining, and sole options chosen from what we can hold in production for that style. Colourways on an existing last are a lighter change than a new construction.
- Packaging. Your box, tissue, stuffing, and carton marks, packed to the specification you approve before bulk.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity is not one number for every shoe. It depends on whether you reorder a catalogue colour, change colour or materials on an existing last, or develop a new OEM or ODM style with a new last or sole. Catalogue and repeat colours sit at the lower end. A new private-label development sits higher, because materials, lasts, and packing are opened for that order. We confirm the quantity that applies on your quotation. A figure you may have seen elsewhere on this site, including references to production from 200+ pairs, is only a starting point for some open styles. It is not a fixed minimum for every OEM or ODM development until it is written on the quote.
How an OEM or ODM order moves
- Brief. Send the style, reference photos or a sample, the market you supply, and the branding and packing you need. Use the quote form or WhatsApp.
- Quotation. We reply with MOQ, price, Incoterm, and timing for that style. Export prices are normally quoted FOB a Chinese port serving Wenzhou, commonly Ningbo. EXW, CFR, and CIF can be quoted when you need them. The Incoterm, port, and what the price includes are written on the quotation before you confirm the order.
- Sample. We make a development or confirmation sample from the approved materials and last. You review fit, finish, branding, and packing.
- Bulk. Cutting starts only after you approve the sample in writing and the deposit terms on the quotation are met. Dates are confirmed on the quote. As a planning guide, development samples are often ready within two to three weeks of material confirmation, and bulk production is commonly scheduled about 30 to 45 days after sample approval and deposit. Peak season can add time.
- Check and ship. Production is checked in line and again before packing against the approved sample. The order is not shipped until that final check is complete. A third-party inspection at the factory can be arranged if your retailer requires it.
